The Oyster Festival is the longest running Special Event of the York County Heritage Trust.  Festival attendees should be prepared to fest on a plethora of good eatins’ and thirst-quenching drinks.  Due to a large storm, the 2009 Oyster Festival moved from the traditional site at the Colonial Complex to the Agricultural & Industrial Museum.  Since the new venue was a huge hit, the 2010 Oyster Festival will return to the Agricultural & Industrial Museum.  You will still be able to feed your colonial appetite, and lots of family fun historical activites are being planned.
